Has anyone ran a hot wire from Battery to inside cabin and if so what route did you take? I can,t seem to find an easy way to do this.

 

Actually, If you look on the inside of the drivers fender under the hood you'll see a hole that passes through to the inside of the sheet metal skin between the outside sheet metal and the inside under hood sheet metal. From there you can drill a hole behind the panel nearest your left foot and hide the wire with the plastic overlay.

It took using a semi-rigid wire and guiding it through slowly.
