While I am home I will make sure my sunday school class I teach keeps your family in our prayers and to continue to do so after I go back to Iraq this weekend. I could not even imagine putting myself in your shoes with everything you speak of and I pray that whatever the outcome God always has a reason even if we only see the worst of it now. I agree about things our country does do, my folks tried to open a business and could get zero support yet all these other nationalities are opening several businesses with fat loans or free government money and speak only the language of money not even english. Not to add to your venting. Again we will be praying for your family and do not give up keep doing it yourself.

Sorry but I can't let this rest...obviously some folks here are better situated than others and some are on the cusp and well frankly, some might be facing disaster without next weeks check. We all share something special here, whether it be a love of the outdoors or an affinity for something awesomely brute and mechanical. We share on this site love for our machines, knowledge to aquire orpass along, pictures to ooh and ahh over, and very much laughter. Surely an administrator here can set up aforum for contributions -- an ongoing continious thread -- possibly where members can vote on how to distributefunds...for an example you can check out www.modestneeds.org I realize this is not on the same level of IK's needs but am just using it as an example of the might of many.
