I did not get to watch any of the Pens/Sens last night. My thought was the Pens needed a quick jump in the first game, and the first to games in hand, and that series might be done quick. So far, from what I've read, the got that early jump and POW. The write ups look impressive, the highlites were cool, they are looking good. It is a long journey to go yet.

Wings are getting healthy, Nashville is not the same team it was last year, but I do like the Preds. It won't be a push over series, but the wings are deep, and with no more injuries, they should get through the series if tonight gos as anticipated. The Preds will come out flying, trying to get the Detroit back in a defensive posture and buy a goal, but if they are not careful, the Wings might steal the first one and not have to be the 3rd period team they have had to be most of the season.

I think the Devils forgot they play in the greatest state ever last night? [8D]

I am really diggin Calgary takin the first game from the (pretty pick)Sharks. I'll be eyeing the second game tonight.....GO FLAMES!!!

Devils played a decent game, but just got into penalty trouble and of course had a let down in the 3rd. God I hate the Rangers.

I had a feeling the Pens would come out flying against the Sens. Shutting out the Sens is NO easy task. Must have been a great game, unlike the one I attended last night.

it would be cool to see an all-PA eastern conference finals series. maybe they could play another 5 period OT again. [:-]
