I just had my transmission rebuilt, had the same problem like you. after rebuild, problem fixed. I just picked it up with a 2 yr/24,000 mile warranty on the rebuild a week ago. 1st gear sounds kinda sluggish so gonna take it back monday to see what they say.

 

Best of luck!! I haven't had any issues with mine so far. But thats one reason I didn't want to gm dealership to "rebuild" the trans. I really just don't trust anyones work now of days.. wish I could do it all my self, but no shop and no tool with me on the road.
