You most likely have the stepper motors out and will need to send your instrument panel out for repair.

^he is correct, sounds like the stepper motors. However you don't really need to send it out. Pull out the cluster, remove the needles and gauge face (there's youtube vids on how to mark your needles and remove them), desolder the old stepper motors and solder in new ones.

The soldering is really easy just buy some good quality solder wick and a good acid core solder and you're good to go. There's videos out there on how to remove and install the motors also.

No point in spending the money to have someone do something you can easily do in your garage!

Whys that? I used it on every major component in the interior of my rig when I did the LED's. Cleans and etches the surface to prepare it for the solder.

? acid flux??

acid flux is NEVER used in electrical/electronic work. you would need to give it a long hot soapy bath to ever get rid of it. it will continue to rot away the stuff it touched.
they don't even use it on copper pipe.

if you have not worked in a field like electronics you should not assume you can do just anything you think is ok.
you will notice on solder, "rosen core",rosen being the flux.
if you go to radio shack you can buy proper flux but you will not find acid there, ONLY in the hobby area where acid is used to etch away copper when making circuit boards. then you will be advised to wash the boards or the etching will continue to rot the copper away

I have made boards, I know.

Oops sorry you are correct. I have 0.022" Rosin core solder. Someone at some point gave me a roll of this huge acid core solder and that's what I was thinking about.
