It's funny, all you guy's here say go for it, and all my friends say "what are you crazy, with the price of gas??".

I use to have a 2001 Jeep Wrangler with 3" lift &33" tires that got 11-12 mpg, so I was use to that kind of mileage before I got my H3 in Feb of 06.

I love my H3, it is just the right size for me. However...when I was looking at Hummer I fell in love with the H2, but not the H2's price. An EVEN trade for an H2, I would probably do it. Does the 2 have everything that your 3 does (option wise)? If so, I would seriously look into it.

 

Thanks, I'll look tomorrow at the options the H2 has. Mine is fully loaded Adventure w/off-road package. Auto, leather, the large sunroof...etc...

I too, love my H3, but the fact that I can get into a H2...

I also have the 2" leveling kit w/35" BFG's, but the BFG's will come off and factory 33's will go back on. The BFG's are only 2 months old!

I would say do it, I went from an avalanche which got 15mpg to my H2 and I lost about 4mpg, I get around 11mpg, but I am so much happier I enjoy driving again....

 

Do it. as said earlier the resale value will probably be higher plus its a larger unit. mpg will suffer but hey, it's a H2.
