Headrest DVD's will not power up please help

No not yet I got the monitors to work the one on the drivers seat headrest works great I got the passenger side to power on it shows "Monitor 2" on the monitor it will load and eject disc's but it will not play or stay on anyone have any ideas?

I have questions about the Invision headrest dvd players. Monitor A will not play anything. Powers up but blank screen. If I switch the monitor connections then B doesn't work. If I switch power and ground they both work till I turn off truck.
I replaced the control box and same problem. Any ideas or help?
