Headlight adjustment after torsion crank???

Headlight adjustment after torsion crank???
Just leveled mine...took 7 3/4 turns each side to get me at 23 3/4" after realignment.
Did I go too far?
Also what do you guys think about the angle of the headlights after a torsion lift? A state trooper that im friends with said that I should probably get them adjusted otherwise ill be blinding everyone.

Yeah your good height wise past 24.5" is asking for trouble... I blasted with other peoples hi beams all the time so I don't care that my normal driving lights are a little high... Totally your call...
