yeah, the hummer dealer confirmed the 08's don't have the transponder in the spare.....I guess that's one way GM is getting cheap...... Check your spare and see if your valve stem is the same as the rest of your tires....mine just has a black valve stem, instead of the silver one with the transponder.

i bet they got tired of service calls on the low tire sensor too coming from the spare

I have the 33's as well, that's why I was asking. The reason you get a little bounce out of them is because they are 33's. That's really my opinion though.

that seemed like thecause to me as well, didn't have it on the 32s in the 2006 H3

They probably don't put it inon the sparebecause they want to make sure you fix your flat tire. Sometimes people will put it off and not get the flat tire fixed and they do not have a spare if they get another flat.
