Hands free phone to bluetooth

Hey! I was wondering if anyone knows if I can have my hands free phone in my '05 changed to a blue tooth system so I can use it with my BB. I know the phone system in the truck is through Verizon, but my wireless company is Nextel. Any other ideas? Thanks!

If you have no use for On-Star this product is the only way to go. It works thru the onstar system.

Nicely integrated gizmo. But the price: $279?!? Ouch! For that price you can start considering a whole new radio/player with bluetooth.
