Default H3 wheels and lift.

Just got an H3...2007.....wanted one forever and finally pulled the trigger. Only one problem....wondering if anyone has any experience with a lift and how much I need to get 33" tires under it and any recommendations on wheels and tires. I'm in Jersey, so 4x4 shops are scarce, so if anyone knows a good one that would be helpful as weel

You can fit up to 35" without a lift.

You can fit up to 35" tires. There's all kinds of posts on the site about that. Just do a search. Everyone here has a lot of experience. That's where he got his info from. I have 33's on mine and doesn't come close to rubbing. I have a 2007.

Default Where in NJ

I use MTE truck center in Toms River, or there are plenty of places online. I have 18x9 rockstars with 35/12.5/18 tires, that is a 35 inch tire, I put a leveling kit in because I got one for free, but you can torque the t- bars( plenty of treads on here about that).

The Adventure model came from the factory with 285/75R16 tires which are roughly 33" so you can take that one to the bank. Lots of folks have gone to 35" with just cranking the t-bars - plenty of threads on that as others have said..

No need for a lift, level the front end, order up some 315/75r16 or 35x12.50x16 and hit the pine barrens! But have a buddy test the depth of the mud holes first
