Angry H3 vibration

We have a 2008 H3 with 50,672 miles, when it shifts into 3rd gear and traveling along it starts to vibrate like ur running over rumble strips on the road. It just started doing this. We have a dealer appointment this Friday but I was just wanted to know if anyone had a similar problem.

Default 2008 H3 with slight vibration at 45-55 mph

I have had a simliar problem;however I have not had my H3 very long. So I started with a fuel cleaner, didn't work. So I took to have a front end alignment, tires balanced and rotated, and my tires were shaved to be rounded. I also had the brakes replaced. I still have the slight vibration. I also had the air filter changed. Still the same problem. I just used another round of fuel injector cleaner with my last fill up. I am also going to clean the throttle body and MAF next. My H3 only has 53K miles.

Just one opinion. If you don't think it is the engine maybe you should check the drive shaft ujoint and front CV for slack.

I was going to say as well that it might be the Ujoint. Anytime I have ever experienced that in which you are speaking of, it usually turned out to be the Ujoint.

Ok, kinda in the same category. I have a whining noise in the front passenger side, and it is worse and sounds like a rubbing or something at really slow speeds and not as easy to hear once ul to speed. It popped once when backing up and turning.
I was wonderring if it would be the cv or axle assembly. I did the brakes not long ago and am positive it is not that.

Question update

the first time they replaced the torque converter... drove it home... same problem... the second time they replaced the t.c., radiator, and rebuild the trans... they said the radiator went bad and got antifreeze in the trans. fluid...

Oh! I have heard of that happening, not good.
I think some people installed a remote tranny cooler and by passed the one in the radiator.
Glad they got you going.
