NOPE, 2 different tail light assemblies:

 

I've got mine on temporarily (bolted straight on in pics) until I can make the modifications needed to make it fit right and not have any preasure points on the lenses (ie: lower mount in second pic at the botton rear of the lens/guard and to also set the guard futher back covering more of the side of the lens and and more flush)

 

does anyone know if aftermarket H3 euro tail lights such as theses will fit on a H3T I have a 2010 T and would like to change the rear lights but all I can find are listings for H3s. Are the dimensions of the hole on the trucks and light housings the same for 09-10 H3 and H3T?

I don't believe they are the same dimensions H/W/L. I'll measure the lights on both tonight once my wife gets home with Mr. "T".

 

Just went out and did a quick "measure:

08 H3 Height: 17" Width: 5 1/2" Depth: 4 1/4"
09 H3T Height: 17" Width: 5 1/2" Depth: 4 1/4"

I was sooo wrong! They look longer on the "T" because of the 2 clear lenses.

If I have the time over the weekend I'll try to swap one to the other and see if the mounting points are the same.

I think the H3 has two light sockets and the H3T has 3 per side. We will see!

 

That is correct, because the T has a yellow turn signal as opposed to red. Let us know how the mounting points differ between the 3 and 3T. I'd like to get some taillight guards, but the "made for the T" ones are like $300+.
