Default H3 surprised me

A friend of mine ran off the road last week and went down an embankment backwards. He was in a f250 pickup. It was pinned against a tree on it's right side and sitting directly on top of a rock. Rear wheels dangling over a concrete drain basin. The bank was about 35 feet down, because we used every bit of a 40 foot tow strap to reach it. The plan was to pull it loose from the tree then drive down to a flat area below the bank and pull it the rest of the way out. I jokingly said to my spotter, if it pulls easy, we'll just pull it all the way up the hill. I put the h3 in 4low and it pulled forward easy enough. My spotter began telling me to stop. I expected to start heading down and around the bank to pull it the rest of the way from below, but to my amazement, there it was sitting on top of the hill with me.

The 3 is a very capable off road platform. Couple mods and it is amazing.

Sweet. It has already surprised me too. The H3 can go through mud with ease when compared with some jacked up Fords, Chevy's, and Dodges.
