Has anyone swapped seats from 2008 H3 with 2006 H3? Hopping they would just bolt in.

Direct swap as long as they are manual to manual or power to power.

 

i had unheated cloth and found some heated power leather.
i bolted them in and used the single power wire for the original power driver seat for all power/heating functions for both seats.
zero trouble.
i guess all driver seats are power?, cloth or not heated.

im guessing all h3 seats bolt in. wiring for heated takes connectors from the donor and some splicing/knowledge/electrical ability.
many junk yards have seats by now. some yards buy good h3 and part out and make more than selling the whole thing. lots of parts. just search.

 

So, let me get this straight... If I have cloth/manual seats in my base 3.7 2008 H3 and wanted to install leather/power/heated seats... it's just a quick switch, bolt in, and plug in? or will I need to do wiring modifying?
