are you saying you cant turn the bolt after the nut came off?
I thought most could be driven out but the (crappy) drawing in the book looks like it could be threaded in the assm.
try turning , it should rotate, if it don't thread out bump it with the nut part way on to protect the threads to loosen it.

heres what the book says.
Remove and discard the upper control arm pinch bolt and nut from the ball joint.
9. Remove and discard the lower control arm retaining nu

It has been a good three years since I messed with an H3 pinch bolt, but I do not recall it being threaded in. I'm thinking you just have a serious case of dissimilar metal corrosion. I would still try to turn it because that will assist in breaking it free.

This is where the H3 meets the 3 Hs. Heat, Hammer, and Holler!

Thinking about it more............ the pinch bolt is 1000% not threaded, it has threads only on the nut end and its smooth sides are what is in the notch in the ball-joint shaft.

Start wailing.
