"Update"
Just got a call from the dealer and they told me that they found the source of the clicking noise the i advised them of in Nov. the said that it is the transfer case and that they were going to change it out while they had it there. May take 1 week get in and do work.

 

That is the type service I have gotten from Weseloh and Tustin Hummer in Socal. After seeing some of the other posts it is hard to believe that Hummer lets the dealers get away with treating customers so differently. I just got my second follow up questionaire from Hummer on my H3 purchase. I wonder if any of these guys with the bad experiences are getting the questionaire's yet?

 

Good thing they didn't have mine ready on friday. i spent the night in the ER haveing a kiddney stone attack, and still on heavy pain meds trying to pass this damn thing. I don't wish this on anybody. maybe when i do get my truck back i will feel better.LOL

 

I think some other H3 Owners here WISH they got this kinda service!!![:@]

 

That can go both ways, I bought mine at a dealership that sells ONLY Hummers. While they are very friendly and great service, they don't offer any free oil changes or pick you up. They do give you a Hummer loaner though. They try to put in the type that you own, they have a little "fleet" of loaners sitting outside with numbers on the bottome left side of the rear window. Mainly H3's

 

Never had kidney stones but hear they are nasty/painful. Hope you are feeling better now.

 

we dont have a hummer dealer here,but our gm service shop will usually take pretty good care of ya

Well,
back on my feet again,but the H3 is still down. Hope they get it fixed soon as it is like a child to me that i miss and don't want to loose sight of for long.

 

i dont even get a rental. because im 19...

funny, i paid for the truck myself( no not my dad or mom) --- had to say that because people always pull that card. lol

but i can purchase the truck, but not get rentals!
