When i plug my cell phone charger in one of the cigarette lighters my charger lights up and is powered oneven when my car is shut off with no keys are in the ignition. Is this normal and dosent it drain the battery at all?

 

yep its normal,not all cars do it but it is normal.just pull it out a little till its not powered any more thats what i do and then when i get in next time its allready in and just needs alittle push

I leavemy plugged in all the time. It to lights up and I,ve never had a problem.
