H3 alpha speedo jumping all around and shifting hard

Walked around the mall for 30 mins got in to go home and was still shifting hard. Like a shift kit on steroids lol. These codes popped up
P0054
U0101
P0700
P2544
B2aaa
Cleared the codes while driving and now it's shifting normal. Any ideas?

U0101 is set due to transmission control module lost communication with engine control module. May have a TCM that's deciding to give up.

I agree with that.

Also, when someone posts a vehicle question, they should include year and model.
