Hi Guys, Can anyone help me please? My H2 wont start. All the systems work as normal when I turn on the ignition but when I turn it to start nothing happened. It has a new battery. I was told there is an inhibiter on the gearbox that will give this problem, it does seem like this sort of thing, I was also thinking about the security immobiliser but not having a manual I cant locate the over ride.

Hi Greg,

I did try that but still nothing. I'm getting it relayed tomorrow morning and get the box inhibiter switch replaced, Hopefully that will do the trick. If not I'm stumped.

Owners Manuals are all on line and free.

 

so it ran normally on sat and then no start on sunday huh? and nothing was changed or worked on?
any previous clues?
I don't have a service book on the h2 but you can buy one.

Sorry about posting in the wrong section. I'm pleased to say its now fixed and I'm collecting it from the garage tomorrow. I was correct in assuming it was the switch on the gear box.
