That is just so wrong. Hopefully they will make a second pass and correct all of the stuff they missed. I had a Corvette that my daughter wrecked. I took it to the USAA "preferred" shop the first time. After 2 tries and three months they let me take it to a Corvette shop and get the work done right. At the end of the day it would have been cheaper for them to total the car than spend what they spent fixing it, but they didn't stop trying until they had me happy.

I emailed my claims adjuster and told them I was not pleased. I got an immediate email back and said someone would contact me within 24 hours to discuss it.

my side does.... because I was not at fault.... but her side... (same company) already has one totaled vehicle... and seems to want to get out of this as cheaply as possible.

If her company doesn't make it right your company may have to step in and sue her company for the extra cost.

yeah.... except it's the same company so even though they act as two it's still one big piggy bank...

yeah, h2 is only "better than average" in front crashes. from the side, and back. its a godsend. i have totaled two honda civics tailgating me, once during inclement weather, one when i spotted some deer in the road. after each, all i had to do was have insurance replace the trailer hitch lmao.

i slapped a brush guard on, and recently began driving with a front facing trailer hitch tri-ball attachment. same thing basically happened to me, but it was a dodge ram. and i hit it bed side, dont have pictures, and all it did is just slam the tri-ball through the wall of his bed and push him around basically. no body work required, just new brush guard, and a warning to not drive around with that hitch up front lol
