The thing that just amazes me is... for one.. this is my first accident. Next... no airbags. also... my seat belt didn't even catch. I wasn't thrown or bumped or jarred... I've gone over ditches more violent... but yet... the side of her car is destroyed... and it landed at least 55 feet from the impact.

I guess I am just thankful.... annoyed.... angry....

Where is Hummerguy when you need him.

I am guessing $8700 worth of damage to the H2. I bet her car looks really bad, judging by the looks of yours.

Damn!

Glad you all were unhurt.....

I never really considered the safety aspects of a Hummer when I made my purchase either one of mine, but after seeing
yours and Dave's recent accidents.....I'm glad I've got what I got.

You gonna start a pool on repair costs?

Glad everyone is ok, read this post a bit late. Being a Cop for ten years that is the one thing I hate more then anything was people on cell phones who cant drive. If you can drive fine but it seems most the general public could not and thats when I would pull them over. We should be like military bases, if its not hands free you get a ticket but a little more harsh then the militarys price. All 5 of my accidents have been the other drivers fault, but everytime they checked on their car before me & my passengers. Well I thank the Lord you guys are ok. Try to have a better Christmas Season.
