Im relocating my inside spare tire to the outside position hanging behind the rear hatch. I have already purchased the apparatus to attach the wheel to the rear outside position of the H2. What I didn't think about was having to attach the plate to the rear tire and having lights to light up the plate. I purchased the cool little thrifty license plate screw/lights that shine down on the plate, but I need help with the wiring of the lights and how to do it? Where and how do I splice them into the electrical system? I haven't ever done anything like this, so please keep in mind that I am new to all of this.
Do I have to run wires around the outside of the tubes of the wheel holder on the door? I would appreciate some help from anyone who has done the job. Pictures would be a bonus! Please Help!

using the same lights.....works great. See post #6 in the link below for wiring help. Worked for me, just ran wiring from the junction.....cleaned it up with wire loom, etc.
