I have not yet purchased my H2 but plan to as soon as I get back from Iraq there are no doubts about it and I am trading in or selling my Escalade. So with that said is there anything to look out for when buying the H2 I am gonna look for one around 35k or less and the same with the mileage about 35k or less. If I have to buy a plain one I will want to slap the Brush Guard on it and the Tire Mount on the back, so basically poor you knowledge on me if you got the time.

 

Under $35,000 will be an 03 or 04, and it will be pretty tough to find one under 35,000 miles...

 

Expect higher milage for that price. You might want to raise your price to 42 to 46 and go with an 05 or 06

 

go for 04 or higher , i got my 04 16,000 miles for 39K

 

I'm in a similar position. I am either going to get a 05, 06, or 07 H2, les than 25K milesor a brand new H3. I've done enough research to accept that the H2 is going to be in the $40,000-$47,000 range, does that sound reasonable? Currently, I'm not considering the new H3 Alpha because if I'm going to be that close, if not over, $40k, I'll go with the used H2. But if I go that route, do you recommend purchasing an extended warranty on a used? However, that 0% financing on the H3 is calling my name as well. With my trade and down payment, it appears my payment on the H3 would be close to $100-150 per mth less than on the H2. I have excellent credit, so I've been told that I could bein the 2.99% range on the H2 from a dealership in VA. I'm leaning towards the H3 and want to do something soon. Ultimately it's my decision, but any feedback or suggestions? Thanks!!

 

yea, you can probably get a decent, low miles 05 for low 40s...

 

Maybe I read wrong or mixed this up with something else, but don't you get a 10 year 100k mile warranty with the purchase of any GM certified used vehicle?

I'd take an H2 over an H3 anyday! [8D]

 

H2 isn't a GM vehicle....
