H1s are made only by AMGeneral not GM. So they are shutting down the H2 plant in Mishawaka which is already producing Standard Cabs as in Taxi cabs. GM could be using this as a way to produce the H2 in their own factory and not in AMG's factory. Whoever buys the Hummer Brand if it is sold they will have the rights to produce any and all Hummer models that they choose from the H2, H2SUT, H3, H3T, etc.

 

Well, Adrian's (thehammerh3) family member has been traveling to some of the Hummer and/or GM dealerships to hold meetings about this and give them a heads-up about the status of Hummer. I seriously doubt he would be holding meetings to make the announcement and future plans if it wasn't true. I haven't heard one thing out of his mouth that wasn't a fact, BUT, who knows.

Hopefully it is not true, but if it is, you heard it here first.

All systems seem normal from the H2 plant right now 2009 production is scheduled to start 7/15.

 

It wouldn't surprise me, domestic automakers are top notch when it comes to slashing unique and good cars simply for the reason of politics.
