I got my hands on a full set of these cab lights - covers and bulbs. I got them for $40 from a guy in my neighborhood. I have no need for them but for that price I had to buy them. I am going to put them on eBay and I know these are rare but wanted to know if someone can tell me what I can get for these? If anyone knows. Thanks.

 

I used to routinely buy full sets in pristine condition for $100. One set even included the wiring harnesses. The last sets I've seen on ebay went for over $100 but they included other things like the billet bezels and other chrome junk.

 

Oh ok thanks. These are just the domes and bulbs and in great condition.

 

where does one buy the wiring harnesses from?

 

I don't know if you can buy the harness alone. I know when I bought my rig one of the corners had a broken tab and part of the sale was they would replace that corner. The new lens came in and actually included both front corners and harnesses. I believe they are included when you buy them new or someone removes them for sale.

 

Sold my set for $275. I now have a set of oem cab lights, 3 front and 3 rear. I don't have the corner ones. Asking $235

 

Nothing like raping unsuspecting buyers lol

 

I bought these for $125 so I can resell them. I look on eBay to see what others are asking and I ask 10% less. I just brought price down to $199. They are scarce.

 

I'm just saying that the person who does not fully understand how to properly source parts may pay those prices. For the vast majority of us there is absolutely no way. MAYBE if it was a full kit in like new condition for all 10 lenses, lights, harnesses, the whole complete package. For merely the 6 front/rear center lights the price is ridiculous.


They are by no means scarce. I still see them come up on my phone through backpage/craigslist pretty frequently.


But anyways, just my opinion and you know what they say about opinions. Good luck with selling the lights!

 

I've gotten my hands on 2 sets in last 4 months. They are not readily available. I paid 120 for these 6 cab lights and I'm looking to get 185. People want oem and not the fake after market ugly ones. I got offers for 120 but I'm not looking to break even.
