I picked up the H2 from the dealership today, they found nothing wrong. No problem with the load test, no draw after the ignition is off, nothing! Oh well, I guess I'm not driving it enough or for long enough to charge the battery. I opened the sunroof driving home and when it started to rain, tried to close it, guess what, it wouldn't close! So back to the dealership it went!

 

Did you buy new?

if the hummer is sitting for a long period of time the battery will go dead ... i left my h2 sitting for 2 weeks and battery goes dead....

 

I have an 05, but I was having issues with the battery as well. Some days it would crank over very slowly and on colder days even slower. I drive it about 2 -3 time a weeks, so i'm sure if i didn't drive it for longer periods the battery would have died. I took it down to my local autoparts store and tested it and it was fine. I then took it to Interstate and they did a load test and it was borderline OK. However, they replaced it for me (under warranty from Interstate) anyways. They said the Vortex engine takes a lot of juice to crank.
