Here is what I have done to my 2003 H2. All lubricants are now Royal Purple. I installed a remote oil filter( transdapt w/ Russell stainless hoses). AEM Bruteforce cold air induction.Twin Flexalite electric fans - removed stock engine fan. 180 degree thermostat. Road Armor front bumper with Milemarker 12,000 lb hydraulic winch. 4 - 385,000 candlepower KC Daylighters. 4 - PIAA lights in bumper. Hitchcam rear camera mounted in driver side rear louver.I get 17 mpg @ 70 mph.

 

What kind of MPG were you getting before you made these changes?? 17 mpg, is the best I have heard of so far. Have you added a performance chip?
