Default H2 To H3 change

Hi All H3 members, Just sold my H2 which I liked, but just wanted a change I guess, and am buying a H3 in a couple of days, it is grey in color, and runs real good, needs tires which am replacing as soon as I pick it with 285/75/16 stock wheels, don't think any problem just going up a little , do you? BTW the 3 has 120k so am doing service on diffs and transfer case asap, anything else I should look out for, its going to be used offroad mostly, in the desert in so ca. Thanks Cowboy

2007s, 08s, 09s, 10s may have had "a head issue", but not "the" head issue. Impossible because the head issue was only for the 3.5L L52 I5 motors built before 03/31/2006, and 2007s+ all have 3.7L LLR motors.

Going to 285s is really going up in size when you consider Adventures all came stock with 285s, so no issues there.

You are correct. The S/Ns affected is any 2006 H3 lower than 28759 all having L52 motors built before 03/31/06.

That is not to say that no other Atlas Inline motor will never have some other head or valve train problem, some did, just not "The" head issue.

Get ready for a LOVE - HATE relationship.

Welcome to the H3 World!

Kinda like that hot Babe you always wanted in college, you loved her then, but she married Tebow and fast froward 30 years, she now looks like Walmart Big Bertha!
