Already have the donor truck and need advice and feedback from those who have done it before what's it going to take anything I'm looking into doing it myself in my shop with me and my buddy we both highly experience Automotive technicians

 

Lift, close out panels, frame rails, 12.1 K axles, new hub gears, beefier prop shafts, Sheppard steering gear, intercooler, re-route a bunch of lines, new harnesses, donor motor, Allison tranny...…..quite a list to do it right.
