Got new rims and leveled out.

20" Balistic rims with 33-12.5 20R Toyo Open Country M/T
I know the chrome will be plasti dipped.
And the 5th wheel is on order

looks good, I'm not as big of a fan of 20s but I do like the red accents on the rims.

How hard is it to level the H3 out back?

You can't level the rear. Only the front by adjusting the torsion bars

dang, I was hoping to bring the rear down just a tad to make it a little more even.

No, I like the front where it is...just wanted to bring the rear down a little and level it.
