I see... I wonder if it's the hot humid weather. Air tends to be slightly more oxygen-starved in hot, humid climates.

I don't stab on the gas pedal, I take off at around 2,000 RPMs in general. I hardly floor it. I guess I will switch to 92 RON, and also see if I can get the O2 sensors checked. That seems to be all I can do for now.

Yeah, and since you haven't had it very long, see what you get on the next two or three fill ups. I've gotten some low mileage too. Check your tire pressure also. After I got new tires the guys had it real low and my mileage dropped considerably.

 

until we can drop in an alternative energy motor, we'll just have to suck it up..... or trade it in.....

My first guess like OP have said is your driving style, I use mine every day for work and it average 20-21 mpg. I have an 06 with my factory LT275's my truck is so consistent I don't look at my fuel gauge I use my odometer. lol
