I'd believe that he knew the "owner" if it was something like NuCar, or Elkins, or the dealership owned by the wife of the guy I work with.... not really believing that he knows the owner of the complex sporting the Penske name....

He's a greasy contractor, just like me... shaking the guys hand once doesn't mean you know him. If the guy will come bail you out of jail... then you know them.
