I dunno... but his daughter is fine... and he drives a z4... smaller house than mine... probably paid less than $100,000 for it 20-25 years ago... sitting on something worth $440,000 now...

I love this neighborhood...

I hear that...35 years ago my parents paid $28,000 for the land and to have the house they planned built. When I bought it from my mother last year it got appraised for $561,000....god bless the NJ housing market

I know.... I think we talked about this before... Lynn and I have managed to go from a $134,000 3/1 to a $689,000 4/3 in 6 years.... and my mortage is $1496.

Best part was this house we got the guy needed to dump it NOW... so while it sat on the market for $689,000 for 485 days we ended up taking it for $510,000... the other house was a $55,000 house on a $300,000 property that we walked away with $310,000 to pay the commision and put down on the new one...

Jersey shore is very valuable if you were here at the right time... I want to sell this house in 12-15 years and I hope to walk away with at least $500,000 in my pocket and the note paid off.... and that most likely is a conservative estimate.
