Exclamation Fuel Gauge Problem

So I was running a cable behind my cluster an it fell outta my hands.. Of course the only gauge that I hit an moved was my fuel gauge. Now the thing won't go back to the same place each time I start my car an I know I'm almost on a full tank but it says I'm 3/4 full.

Anyone know how to reset the thing or fix my problem?!?

Thanks!

I took apart the cluster and the gearing had messed up from the needle being forced to move, so i had to adjust that, and that was it!

pretty easy, but yet i really was on edge about even messing with it!
