front suspension issue
hey all, i have a '10 h3 adventure and since ive owned it ive notuced this poping sound in the front and today i decided to take alook. Took off both front tires nothing looked bad the yellow bumpers seemed kinda close the the lower arm i figured it was the jack being used on the arm. So after i put the tire back on and jack off the bumpers were flush against the arm now, is this suposed to be like this, maybe the torsion key are turned way dow low? New shocks? any input would be apprciated. thanks
Yes the H3 suspension is designed to ride on the bump stops, that is the factory set up.
IMHO pretty dumb, except it can control nose dive with hard stops and help with roll in hard cornering. I adjusted the T Bar bolts to lift the front of mine and do not use the extended bump stops from Trail Duty because I choose to have as much travel as I can get.
