Default Front Hub Bearings

I put a lot of miles on my H3 and have replaced each front hub at least twice. I DO buy budget hub assemblies and I realize the premium hubs with better bearings might be worth the price. I was wondering if these hubs are rebuildable, meaning, can I press out the bearings and replace THOSE with premium bearings instead of replacing the whole assembly.

TIA

You will have to spend money on the bearings, seals, and you need the proper equipment to replace, and you also need to make sure there is no damage to the hub.
I think you need mental help, just like this guy needs, for a $50.00 brand new hub replacement:

Was that a necessary comment? Good hubs aren't cheap, I already said that I was buying "budget" minded hubs.....

I do like the work (motorcycle mechanic) and I do most of my own work sans transmission rebuilds. I get the fact that the cost for a replacement hub is inexpensive. I will replace the bad hub and keep it and play around with it instead of tossing it in the scrap metal bin at work. I'll update the members if I'm successful.

Buy oem hubs, yes they are more expensive or you can keep replacing cheap hubs until you get tired of it.

And PLEASE use a damn torque wrench on the axle nut...

Not using one will destroy a hub prematurely no question.

Just get OEMs or good aftermarket hubs, no junk, it's for your security ! I think 200 or 250 bucks are not too much to spend in life for a secure drive.
