EDIT, SKIP TO BOTTOM,,OR SKIP!!

yes i know weve been here,
first the facts; my fogs work ONLY with my hi beams, never otherwise.

yes,i did the diode trick posted here last yr and it worked. we talked abt how they blinked when switching from hi to lo, still ok.
i had concerns that the diode was not only feeding the fog relay but also the bcm that fed that relay,it backfed. but it seemed ok.
i thought that another diode should be used to prevent that since i dont know what in the bcm supplies the volts, probably a transistor.

now much later i see that the fog relay is no longer turned on by the normal bcm function.
i look at the relay drawing that someone posted and i dont remember how the #86 terminals were identified. so im confused. anybody having same problem?

i have the manual and still cant find the terminal numbers.
its really too cold to mess with it but its bugging me. im thinking it should be set up so the fogs come on any time the headlites are on, or just use a separate sw. ideas?

OH NO NO NO! some idiot pushed the fog lite button.i cant imagine who,,,since im the driver. if im loosing small parts of my brain i wonder how long i have!! YIKES
