Take a look at Dupont hot hues selection. It has a color called hot rod black.

You can use regular base coat black then use the Flex n Flat clear. The Flex n Flat can be mixed with regular clears ppg 2021 and 2042 to the desired flatness.

 

That Tahoe looks like it should be fighting KITT in an episode of Knight Rider, with Hasslehoff behind the wheel sporting a fake mustache (Because he's evil). BTW That Tahoe isn't totally "murdered out" - the brakes are still shiny. LOL
