I have a 2000 Blazer that i built for a winter beater. still have it but selling since i got the H3. i painted it flat black and just love the look. anyone have, or have pics of a H3 in a flat color? flat black er something. i am thinking about it.. not sure tho.

Thinking about doing the same thing, I sold my black H3 but am getting a black H3T, after the H3T purchase Im thinkin real hard about doing it in a satin black finish. I have already been looking around for the paint. Gota be carefull though to get the right paint asI dontwant it to look like the truck is in primer.
Anyhow, sorry, no picts of a flat black H3 but I am thinking about doing it as well.

I have heard to get a good matte black paint job is really hard. Some Honda motorcycles had this color from the factory . . . looks sinister when it is done correctly.

 

looks likethey ran out of money before they could spray the top coat to me....around here we call that primer.

 

flatpaint is getting to be very popular. i love it..

 

I don't know, I wouldn't want to see what the paint job would look like after a day of wheeling, to me the paint would scratch a lot easier or would be more apparent.
