Finally Found an H1

Also make sure when giving your VIN you give them the entire number. They were asking for the last 6 or 8 numbers (can't remember) but it was showing no service ever on my 1998, which I knew was incorrect.
After further research it was actually pulling for a 2000 Chevy Pickup, once we put the entire VIN it came up as my Hummer.

Here are some pics. I haven't gone back since that day. It's a drive all the way where he's at.
Maybe this weekend I'll look a little closer and snap some close pics of things I'm doubtful about.
You can notice the mirror sagging in these pics.

Mirrors are an easy, but kind of pricey fix. Hood intake has been beaten to hell and not cheap. Looks bronze to me instead of black, guess he's never seen a water hose before. Back tires don't appear to match the fronts. If you could get it for 20something, that would seem acceptable, but 34 I'd run away from.

hard to tell much from those pictures. what you can see looks a little rough. Mirrors(3-400 fpr an old style set, hood louver 400 )and judging from the condition in the pics I would say there will be quite a bit more when you look at it.

That truck is rough. I guess there was body damage to it in the past or it has been repainted. The Factory badges are all in the wrong locations on the hood and slightly off on the sides.
The hood vent is missing most of its slates, so that got trashed pretty badly.
For some reason i see bolt holes or nuts on the doors when it should be smooth.
Pictures of both sides of the engine bay should reveal a few things as well as the undercarriage.
