My evaporator temperature sensor went out this summer which caused the blinking ac light issue I had earlier this year. I replaced it with a 10.5k ohm resistor. Works great but would freeze up if left on low fan or you took it off full cold. However it's now getting cooler and having it on full cool will not work and I know it will freeze up while running it on defrost. So I went out and bought a new sensor.

The problem I have is how to replace it. If I under stand it correctly I have to pull the hvac module out of the hummer to do it. I know this means draining the coolent recovering r-134a and removing the dash. However I can't find instructions on how to remove the hvac module. I have had the dash off several times just can't figure out how to pull the hvac module.

Does anyone have any walk through or pics of how to do it?
