wondering if anyone is having problem when coming to a stop engine seems to want to stall but never does. no check engine light and have had head done already. getting less than 12mpg in ct. i dont know if lousy milage has anything to do with idle problem

 

hmm, that sounds like my 08' I5 that I brought back to the dealer.....I only had it for 3 weeks, but it was getting horrible gas mileage (less than 12mpg) and it started running/idling rough, and then it would good, and then rough again.......I didn't have it long enough, but the gas mileage was just unbelievable.......
It might be the same issue....sorry I can't help you further, but my first thought was that it may have a head problem....

 

Same stumble with my 07, I-5, 5-spd. However, my mileage is still good unless I push 75+.

 

No issue with the H3 Alpha. Could be a number of things. Has the dealer threid to fix it yet?

 

No problem with mine, sorry. How do you drive, all of them have horrible gas mileage if you break 70+ MPH. (Well, I don't know about the Alpha, but I had the 5.3 in my Silverado and it sucked gas over that also)

Mine has done that a few times in 6000 miles but doesn't do it often enough to take it in to the shop. Mileage with the I-5 (auto) is 14-15 MPG mixed driving.
