Default Engine Flush

Hey all,
I am curious what you think about doing an oil/engine flush on the H2s?

I have been reading and it is so far a 50/50 toss saying it is good or bad.
Some say do it, some say dont. Some say use tranny fluid, some say use AMSoil or GumOut.

Trying to think what you all feel.
I have a 03 with about 135 on the clock, and it has had the Seafoam gas treatment done probably once a years and the oil changes as needed when the DIC says oil change. Of course, this is since I have gotten it, but I would say the owner who had it before me seemed to take care of this vehicle. (1 owner up to 113k and then traded in at local dealership - not used car lot).

Dont know if he Seafoam'd it or used synthetic like I do, but I am just saying it still runs great.

I would just leave it alone. These engines were born with a valve/lifters birth defect, loosening and stirring up any old sludge could clog something. Just my 2 cents.
Did you try replacing your front and rear diff oil.

I say do it. Sludge and varnish removal can improve ring seal and restore performance. I use engine flush from Carquest. Pour a qt in and let it idle for 10min and then drain your oil.

Seafoam the actual engine. I did Seafoam on my LS2 GTO and it ran great after. I used the brake booster line from the intake mani to suck in the seafoam, let it sit for 10 mins, fire it up and let it burn everything off.
