My front and rear wipers wont cut off!!! The rear wiper has exhausgted the wiper fluid!! I've taken out the fuses and now the front work just fine. Figured that there is something wrong with the rear wiper shorting somewhere. Any suggestions. We've tried unplugging the battery. Taken out all the fuses and put them back. Relay is fine.
