Electric fans or lower temp clutch/thermostat.
I thought Id add, the clutch fan on the H3 is really good for the application. There is a reason the tbss with the ls2 didnt come with efans. The main problen is the radiator, it has too small of a surface area (5.3 trucks have 28" wide rads while the H3 is only 22.5").
If you want to cool it more get a thicker rad, RD or griffin have 2 core radiators for the H3 (Im using griffin). It is very thick.
if you really want to change the clutch fan to an efan, get one of those new camaro brushless fans and adapt it to the H3 radiator. You cant get any stronger.

I have an 07 h3 with i5 which has thermostat on bottom. I gutted stock thermostat and put an inline thermostat up on top hose. I run 180 and have a spal 16” pusher fan on controller which kicks on with ac and higher temps. Typically keeps engine below 190 with same ambient temps you are talking about. I live in middle TN and it gets hot here.
