Driving lights wont come on

Driving lights wont come on
Switch is good, relay is good, fuse is good, no power getting to the light connectors. Could this have something to do with the D.R.L. Sensor? If so where is it located? Thanks

A litte info here will go a long way:
What model HUMMER do you have?
What year HUMMER do you have?
Have you turned OFF the "Auto headlights" at the switch? Do they not work day/night? Do your DRLs work? Do your fog lights come on when you postion the switch to "parking lights" and press the fog light button?
