drivers seat to low

Default drivers seat to low

I everyone , I just bought a 2006 h3 ,they have to safety it yet , it will be ready for me to pickup on Thursday . my question is the drivers seat is to low for me , can I unbolt the seat and put a spacer under the corners ? I feel like I am sitting on the floor . thanks .

you could gain some, not much, just find spacers or stack washers.
the nuts are ez to get to.
the driver seat is power even cloth,might go up enuf? did you try?

thanks, I do not have power seats

i checked my bolts, theres nothing there.

you need a cushion!!

The rear mounts are flat, but the front mounts sit at about a 45° angle. Adding spacers will not work unfortunately. Not without cutting out and welding in new captive nut locations.

thanks, maybe I will have to buy one of those booster seats they sell for kids to sit in .

Try making sure the seat back is all the way forward then just move it back a little till your comfortable. My seat felt low too but once your in it and adjust the back it felt better. It's kind of a weird seat but ya get used to it pretty quick.
