Just as the title says. I've been searching out H3's with the Adventure package and have noticed that all (I believe) have the monsoon system.

From searching the forums, I've come to learn that you verify this by the driverside-rear cubby with the speaker grill- right?

Well, I ask this because I found an H3 at a local dealer that apparently has the Adventure package. I say apparently because the dealership doesn't advertise it as such, but it has a button on the dash for the rear locker. However, this particular H3 doesn't have the speaker grill in the back hatch. Thoughts?

I have an 06 adventure that doesn't have the monsoon. i am happy with the sound but i do not have a subwoofer in the cargo area. i can only imagine what the monsoon sounds like because mine thumps pretty loud for stock.

 

No all Adventure Package H3's do not have Moonsoon

 

when you search used dealers like carmax you will usually see 15-35 pictures,usually including a shot of the center panel where you can see if its an adventure,and also if its the 6 cd changer which usually says its monsoon.
all 6cd units i saw were monsoon,,,could be wrong.

check pix carefully

 

06 & 07 Adventures did not have the Monsoon as pat of the package. That started in 08.

Starting in 2008, the Monsoon became part of the Adventure package. Personally I'd rather have the aft storage compartment that bone rattling bass.
