Do 35's "really" fit?
yeah, i dont know why this is still a question, my 35's fit just fine at stock level, only rub at full lock turn.
I do have a question for 08H3 though. Is it just rubbing on the sways (like always) when you leveled it out? Or someplace else too?
I heard that alignment shops can adjust the camber to correct that slight inward tilt you are talking about, but I have no facts to back that up... someone said they did it on here.

Well, I asked the question b/c I'm being told by 4WheelParts, DiscountTire and others that 295 or larger will rub in situations when offroading. For example, in this situation (compression & mild turning):

The front driver wheel will be rubbing on the fender.
The front driver wheel will be rubbing on the fender.
I've never heard of 35's rubbing on the fenders.

Shirtaday... did he level his front end out? could be why they were rubbing just a thought...
Ive got alot of pics of off camber situations that Ive been in, in my albums here and on CHO and I dont have any rubbing issues ever...

I'm not positive - I think he did level out before he got the tires.
Where we go off-roading there are quite a few situations in which the suspension is flexed and you need to make a fairly sharp turn - not exactly an everyday situation.
I will say that the H3 looks really mean with some 35's.... I ended up going with some 295/75/16's and I think I'm going to be happy.

Mine only rubbed the swaybar at full hard hold turn. I added 3/8's spacers to all four wheels and that fixed that. I have had mine in some pretty good off canter situations and have never seen or heard mine rub fender wells. Crossing a creek I opened my door and it was a almost 5 feet to the ground. looked out the rear passenger door and step bar was almost touching the ground. I have leveling kit on front of mine and metric 35's. Doesn't look like the rub mark on the fender well in the picture was very bad? Barely touched? I wouldn't worry bout it no more than that and how often will you be in a sever off canter situation???
